SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Individual income tax; subtraction for National Guard wages. Provides that a Virginia resident shall be eligible for a subtraction for wages earned in service in the National Guard of another state if the resident's out-of-state service is due to the taxpayer's military occupational specialty requirements.
