Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Secretary of Health and Human Resources shall not apply for, accept, or renew any statewide or local waiver issued pursuant to 7 C.F.R. § 273.24 of the eligibility requirements for participation in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program established pursuant to 7 U.S.C. § 2015(o).
