VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal Article 4 (§§ 58.1-2640 through 58.1-2651) of Chapter 26 of Title 58.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to payment of estimated taxes by certain public service corporations. [S 1025] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That Article 4 (§§ 58.1-2640 through 58.1-2651) of Chapter 26 of Title 58.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on January 1, 2019.
