Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 1.1 of Chapter 8 of Title 46.2 a section numbered 46.2-819.11 as follows:

§ 46.2-819.11. Annual report by toll operators.

All toll operators and HOT lanes operators shall annually report data to the Department of Transportation, including the total number of toll violations, and the amounts of civil penalties and administrative fees imposed and collected. The Department of Transportation shall compile such data and submit it to the Chairmen of the House and Senate Committees on Transportation by December 1 of each year.
