VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to require the Board of Health to adopt regulations to include neonatal abstinence syndrome on the list of reportable diseases. [H 1467] Approved

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Board of Health shall adopt regulations to include neonatal abstinence syndrome on the list of diseases that shall be required to be reported in accordance with § 32.1-35 of the Code of Virginia.
