SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Derelict and blighted buildings; land banks; receivership. Authorizes a locality to petition the circuit court to appoint a land bank entity to act as a receiver in certain limited circumstances to repair derelict and blighted buildings that contain residential dwelling units.
