That, notwithstanding §§ 33.2-358, 33.2-370, and 33.2-371, the provisions of this act shall not preclude projects related to the Coalfield Expressway on U.S. Route 121 or projects related to Corridor Q on U.S. Route 460 from receiving funding in the current Six-Year Plan or receiving funding from § 33.2-358, 33.2-370, or 33.2-371.
