The Commission shall require a background investigation, including a criminal history records check of every person applying for a license or permit to pursuant to this chapter; (ii) every individual who is an officer, director, or principal of a licensee or applicant for a license and every employee of the licensee who conducts gaming operations; (iii) all security personnel of any licensee; (iv) employees of the Board; (v) all permit holders and officers. The Commission shall forward the applicant’s fingerprints and personal descriptive information to the Central Criminal Records Exchange in order to conduct a National Criminal Records search and a Virginia Criminal History Records search.
