That the Department of Social Services shall report to the Chairmen of the House Committee on Health, Welfare and Institutions, the House Committee on Appropriations, the Senate Committee on Rehabilitation and Social Services, and the Senate Committee on Finance by October 1, 2018 and annually thereafter, on the types and sources of information reviewed in verifying applicants' eligibility for public assistance pursuant to this act and the number of applications for public assistance approved, denied or referred for investigation as a result of such review.
