Institutions of higher education; required agreements with law enforcement. Requires all mutual aid agreements and memoranda of understanding required between public or private institutions of higher education and adjacent local law-enforcement agencies or the Department of State Police to specify the procedure for sharing information.

Requires all mutual aid agreements and memoranda of understanding required between public or private institutions of higher education and other law-enforcement agencies to specify (i) the law-enforcement agency that has primary responsibility for the investigation and (ii) the procedure for sharing information.
