SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Punitive damages; injury by intoxicated drivers; admission of evidence. Provides that, when considering what amount of punitive damages to award in a civil action for personal injury or death resulting from the operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated, the finder of fact may consider evidence of the defendant's similar conduct subsequent to the date of the personal injury or death.
