SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Immunity of persons; attorney fees and costs. Allows the award of reasonable attorney fees and costs to any person who has a suit against him dismissed pursuant to the immunity provided to him for statements made when appearing at a public hearing before the governing body of a locality or other local governmental entity.
