Alcoholic beverage control; distribution of liter tax and markup on wine and cider produced by farm wineries. Clarifies that the liter tax and markup collected on wine and cider produced by farm winery licensees are to be deposited in the Virginia Wine Promotion Fund. This bill is identical to HB 654.
