SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission; local representation. Allows a chief elected officer to designate a current elected officer of the same governing body to serve in his place on the Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission for one meeting if 48-hour notice is provided to the Chairman. This bill was incorporated into SB 476.
