SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Voter registration; notification to other states of a person's registration in Virginia. Requires the general registrars, when registering any person who was previously registered in another state, to notify the appropriate authority in that state of the person's registration in Virginia by providing electronically, through the Department of Elections, the information contained in that person's registration application.
