SUMMARY AS PASSED:

Permitting or licensure; locality shall not require consent of homeowners' association. Prohibits a locality from requiring consent of a condominium association, homeowners' association, or real estate cooperative prior to the issuance of a permit, certificate, or license, including a building permit or a business license. This bill is identical to HB 1146.

SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Permitting or licensure; locality shall not require consent of homeowners' association. Prohibits a locality from requiring consent of a condominium association or homeowners' association prior to the issuance of a permit, certificate, or license, including a building permit or a business license.
