SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Search warrants; person subject to arrest or who is unlawfully restrained. Authorizes the issuance of a search warrant to search for and seize any person who is subject to arrest or who is unlawfully restrained. This bill was incorporated into SB 247.
