SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Substituted service of process; member of party's household. Changes the requirement that substituted service of process be on a member of the party's household instead of a member of the party's family. The requirements that the person upon whom service is made must be found at the party's usual place of abode, not be a temporary sojourner or guest, and be 16 years of age or older remain in effect.
