SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

HOV and HOT lane penalties; increased fines for subsequent offenses. Provides that increased fines for subsequent violations of the high-occupancy requirement on HOV and for driving an unauthorized vehicle on the HOT lanes shall be imposed only after conviction of the prior offense. This bill was incorporated into SB 431.
