SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Public guardian or conservator acting as trustee for trust of incapacitated person. Excepts from the definition of "trust business" the holding of assets as a trustee of a trust if the trustee (i) is a designee under the Virginia Public Guardian and Public Conservator Program of the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services and (ii) has been ordered by a court to serve as a guardian or conservator for an incapacitated person whom the trust primarily benefits.
