SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Tax returns; perjury; penalty. Requires every tax return to have a written declaration that it is subscribed to under penalty of perjury and provides that it is perjury (a Class 5 felony) to sign a tax return that contains a material matter that the signer does not believe to be true.
