SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Family violence fatality review teams; definition of fatal family violence incident. Specifies that for the purpose of referring such incident to a local family violence fatality review team, "fatal family violence incident" means any fatality that occurred or that is suspected of having occurred in the context of abuse between family members or intimate partners.
