Study; Joint Commission on Health Care; expanding mission of the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth; report. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to study the benefits and costs of expanding the mission of the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth to include additional issues affecting youth health, including issues related to behavioral health, injury prevention, hunger, and diabetes.
