SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Revenue sharing special license plates; nonqualifying entities. Allows any entity or organization that does not otherwise qualify under current law for a revenue sharing special license plate to obtain such plate, provided that the revenue is used for elementary or secondary education.
