SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

School property; reasonable access by youth-oriented community organizations. Requires school boards to provide reasonable and appropriate access to school property to youth-oriented community organizations, such as the Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, and their volunteers and staff, to distribute and provide materials to encourage participation in such organizations. The bill prohibits such access from interfering with instructional time and provides that such access may also include after-school sponsored activities.
