SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Lobbyist disclosure; filing and inspection; technical amendment. Clarifies that lobbying disclosure reports are filed with the Virginia Conflict of Interest and Ethics Advisory Council and are open to public inspection and copying in the office of the Council. Currently, language still provides for filing and inspection of such reports with the Secretary of the Commonwealth. This bill was incorporated into HB 1362.
