SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Child day programs; exemptions from licensure. Exempts from the child day program licensure requirements any martial arts program operated during the summer months if children under the age of five do not attend, the program operates between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and the program does not serve food or administer medicine to program participants unless it is necessary for the well-being of the child.
