SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act and General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; prohibited gifts; technical amendment. Clarifies that for purposes of the gift limitations, gifts shall be aggregated by reporting year, defined as the period beginning November 1 and ending October 31. Current law requires aggregation of gifts by calendar year. This bill was incorporated into HB 1362.
