Members of transportation district commissions; compensation. Allows the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission to reimburse its nonelected members appointed to the board of directors of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for expenses incurred and compensate them in the amount of $50 per day for attending WMATA meetings.
