SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Abduction of minor for the purpose of prostitution or child pornography; penalty. Provides that the use of force, intimidation, or deception is not an element of the crime of abducting a minor for the purpose of concubinage or prostitution or for the purpose of manufacturing child pornography, a crime punishable as a Class 2 felony. The bill also expands the class of minors who may be the victim of the crime of abduction for the purpose of concubinage or prostitution from minors under 16 years of age to all minors, that is, anyone under 18 years of age.
