SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Revenue matching for special license plates for supporters of the Family and Children's Trust Fund. Provides that for each special license plate issued for supporters of the Family and Children's Trust Fund, the Commonwealth will contribute $15 to the Fund up to a total of $250,000 each fiscal year.
