SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Vehicles owned or leased by maritime cargo terminal owners or operators. Creates an exemption from registration for vehicles owned or leased by a maritime cargo terminal owner or operator that transport seagoing containers and are driven on a route of no more than one mile approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
