SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Port-related tax credits; sunset extension. Extends the sunset date of the international trade facility, barge and rail usage, and Virginia port volume increase tax credits from taxable years prior to January 1, 2017, to taxable years prior to January 1, 2020. The bill also contains a technical amendment.
