SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission; administrative expenses. Allows the Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission to spend Hampton Roads Transportation Fund moneys on administrative and operating expenses and removes the requirement that, if no other funds are available, administrative expenses of the Commission be allocated among the localities within Planning District 23 on the basis of relative population. The bill states that it does not result in the expiration of the contingently effective provisions of Chapter 896 of the Acts of Assembly of 2007 or Chapter 766 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013.
