SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Veterinary establishments; regulations; presentation of a deceased companion animal. Directs the Board of Veterinary Medicine to adopt regulations requiring a veterinarian who is returning a deceased companion animal to its owner to use an acceptable method of presentation, including an appropriate container.
