SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Grass cutting; Caroline County. Provides that Caroline County may apply its grass-cutting ordinance to those portions of agricultural land that are assessed for residential purposes. If Caroline County has not enacted an ordinance pursuant to this act by July 1, 2019, the provisions of this act shall expire.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Grass cutting; Caroline County. Provides that Caroline County may apply its grass-cutting ordinance to those portions of agricultural land that are assessed for residential and commercial purposes.
