SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Jury commissioners; list of persons qualified to serve as jurors. Requires jury commissioners to use both a current voter registration list and a list of persons issued a driver's license by the Department of Motor Vehicles in compiling a qualified juror list. Current law provides that the Department of Motor Vehicles list be used where feasible.
