Special days; Indigenous Peoples Day. Designates
Indigenous Peoples Day to be observed on the third Wednesday in November
in each year as a special day to honor the great leaders of indigenous peoples who contributed to the history of the Commonwealth.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Legal holidays; Native Americans Day. Designates Native Americans Day to be observed on the second Monday in October to honor the great Native American leaders who contributed to the history of the Commonwealth. Native Americans Day will join Columbus Day and Yorktown Victory Day, which are also observed on the second Monday in October.
