SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Review of potential anti-competitive actions of state agencies, and promulgation of regulations. Agency heads shall be responsible for determining if actions and decisions may have a potential adverse impact on competition, and if so, whether such actions and decisions are consistent with clearly articulated state policy.
