SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Administration of stormwater management programs. Requires the Department of Environmental Quality to operate stormwater management programs that regulate land-disturbing activities that disturb from 2,500 square feet to up to one acre in localities east of Interstate 95 that fall under the provisions of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act and that elect not to operate such a program.
