Department of Veterans Services; Virginia War Memorial division; names and homes of record designation for Virginians killed during line of duty training. Adds to the Virginia War Memorial the names of Virginians killed during line of duty training in preparation for reengagement to combat operations after having previously served in a U.S. Department of Defense designated combat zone under honorable conditions to the Virginia War Memorial.
