SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Unpaid toll collection; administrative fees. Prohibits a toll facility operator from charging an administrative fee that exceeds the amount of the unpaid toll per violation. Currently, administrative fees shall not exceed $100 unless paid within 30 days of the violation, in which case the administrative fee shall not exceed $25.
