RICO; computer crimes; penalties. Adds crimes contained in the Virginia Computer Crimes Act as qualifying offenses under the Virginia Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act. Such crimes include computer fraud, computer trespass, transmission of spam, and theft of computer services.
