SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Educational improvement scholarships tax credit program. Modifies the educational improvement scholarships tax credit program by increasing the tax credit beginning in taxable year 2017 from 65 percent to 90 percent of the value of donations made to nonprofit scholarship foundations.
