16101473DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. That the Chesapeake Bay Program is requested to approve as a creditable practice for pollutant removal the dredging from a direct stormwater outfall to the main channel of a stream in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed, where such dredging and the disposal of dredged material are conducted in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and to assign to such dredging total maximum daily load (TMDL) credits equivalent to those assigned to the removal of pollutants by street sweeping.
