VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to require the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation to provide certain notices in English and Spanish regarding the handling of asbestos. [S 305] Approved  

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation shall include with every asbestos worker's license a notice, in English and Spanish, containing a summary of the basic worker safety procedures regarding the handling of asbestos and information on how to file a complaint with the Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors.
