Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Until July 1, 2017, the Virginia Marine Resources Commission shall neither assign any general oyster grounds in the Lynnhaven River or its tributaries nor transfer any assigned oyster grounds in such river or tributaries.
