Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. The Standards of Learning Innovation Committee shall compile a list of federal laws and regulations that restrict the ability of the Commonwealth to implement educational programs whose implementation the Committee determines would be appropriate and provide such list to the General Assembly no later than December 1, 2016.
