Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 44-26.1 as follows:

§ 44-26.1. Recruitment and application policies for National Guard.

The recruitment and application policies of the National Guard shall be as prescribed in current and subsequently amended National Guard regulations. Female applicants for enlistment in the National Guard shall be informed that they may be subject to front-line combat.
