SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Virginia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA); exempt records concerning critical infrastructure information. Defines the term "critical infrastructure information" for purposes of FOIA. The bill also provides that any public body receiving a request for such records shall notify the Secretary of Public Safety and Homeland Security or his designee of the request and the response made by the public body. The bill contains an emergency clause.
